[Blender Add-on] Colour Timeline tools

This is a small plugin to help speed up the creation of Colour Timelines.

How to use:

1. click "setup composting" 
2. import video into movie clip editor
3. set scene frames to be the same

4.Set colour transform to filmic to standard
5. select clip in compositing
6. set width for the box mask in compositing as directed
7. set time end point the same as full render
8. combine using the merge tool
9. ?
10. profit

When combining images it may look like blender is frozen but it is just working on merging the render.
